Private poles on your property are your responsibility as the property owner — the network distributor only maintains poles up to the connection point on the street. If your private pole is ageing, leaning, or damaged, Perfect Power can inspect, replace, or repair it as part of their private poles and pillars service.
Yes, upgrading is possible through an overhead supply upgrade. You'd typically need 3-phase if you're running high-demand equipment like large air conditioning systems, pool pumps, EV chargers, workshop machinery, or certain solar and battery setups. Perfect Power can assess your load requirements and manage the upgrade end-to-end.
You'll receive a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) and a Notification of Service Work certificate, which is also submitted directly to your distributor (Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy). These documents confirm the installation meets Australian standards and hold Perfect Power accountable for the quality of work.
Perfect Power handles it all. As a Level 2 accredited service provider for Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Energy, they manage all the required approvals, submissions, and distributor coordination on your behalf — you don't need to deal with the network companies directly.
If cables are down or sparking, keep everyone away and call your network distributor's emergency line first (Ausgrid: 13 13 88 / Endeavour Energy: 131 003). Once the immediate hazard is made safe by the distributor, contact Perfect Power to assess and repair your private lines, service connection, or pole. They offer fault repairs and maintenance to get your supply restored as quickly as possible.
